SEC, 25 juillet 207 - On en avait parlé dans un article précédent du blogue et ça y est ... La SEC a approuvé à l'unanimité le nouveau standard d'auditing dans le cadre de l'article 404 de la loi Sarbanes-Oxley.
« Auditing Standard No. 5 will replace PCAOB Auditing Standard No. 2, An Audit of Internal Control Over Financial Reporting Performed in Conjunction with an Audit of Financial Statements (Auditing Standard No. 2). It provides the new professional standards and related performance guidance for independent auditors to attest to, and reporton, management's assessment of the effectiveness of internal controlover financial reporting under Section 404(b) of the Sarbanes-OxleyAct of 2002 ».
